Precise Machining
All our plastic parts are manufactured based on the 3D files and the associated dimensioned drawings we receive from customers.
The 3D files are converted into machine code (ISO) on our CAD/CAM system. We use Alphacam, an intelligent software solution that includes both a design module (CAD) and a machining module (CAM).
The machine controls enable 3D simultaneous machining. This ensures that the finished plastic parts always match the file we have received. Regardless of their complexity. And there are virtually no limitations, as we can work with most file formats.
